What is Gresh?

Gresh is a journaling app focused on personal reflection and growth. It helps you write, review, and reflect on your own entries.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal data.

How is my journal data protected?

• Data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS.
• We provide an End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) option. When enabled, your content is encrypted on your device before upload.

How does the AI feature use my data?

If you choose to use AI summaries or insights, relevant content may be sent to an AI service provider for processing to generate your output. This is intended for one-time inference to deliver the requested result.

Is Gresh a medical or therapy app?

No. Gresh is for general self-reflection and personal growth. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional therapy services.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion in the app settings. After you request deletion, there is a 7-day cooling-off period. If you log in during this period, you can restore your account. After the period ends, your account may be permanently deleted.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Gresh may offer auto-renewable subscription options through Apple In-App Purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
